The holiday apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Wellingdorf marina, GEOMAR, and the Seefischmarkt. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Kiel Fjord. During the season, you can watch the large cruise ships entering and leaving the port. The pier for the Fördelinie is quickly accessible, and after about a ten-minute ferry ride, you reach the other side of the fjord. From there, you can go shopping in the city centre, stroll through parks and museums, or take a ferry to Laboe. Bus stops and rental bikes are located close to the accommodation.



Your accommodation is an insulated, wood-panelled studio apartment in the courtyard of a three-unit house. On approximately 18 sqm, you will find a living-sleeping area with double patio doors. The sleeping area consists of a high-quality sofa bed for up to two people (2x 80 x 200 cm). The flexible sleeping surface can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. A table with seating, smart TV, wardrobe, and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sink) with cups, glasses, and cutlery are also provided. For fire safety reasons, there is no stove or oven.



The daylight bathroom with shower and WC features a large mirror and a washbasin with ample storage space. The accommodation is accessible via a separate entrance in the enclosed courtyard of the residential building, where the landlord lives and is available for questions. On request, an electric heater can be booked on site for an additional fee.
