Villa Roberto - paradise with sea view

The finca, built on a 1,600 sqm plot, is located in the quiet Parque Holandés (about 8 km south of the beautiful dune beaches of Corralejo) and is elevated on a mountain so that you have a breathtaking sea view from the terrace. The new building (completion 2023) has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two spacious bathrooms and a sofa bed with 1-2 beds. Leave the stress of everyday life at home and enjoy the peace and relaxation. The open roof structure in the living and kitchen area conveys a spacious ambience, not least due to the high-quality materials used. This creates a feel-good atmosphere in a completely natural way in 120 square meters of living space. A highlight of the holiday finca is the natural pond, which is up to 2 metres deep. This is cleaned naturally by plants and the existing waterfall ensures that the water is constantly enriched with oxygen. We therefore absolutely avoid the use of chlorine, salt or other chemicals. For this reason, we do not guarantee the water quality and the use of the natural pond is at your own risk. From the large terrace you can look out to sea and it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. There is a large covered dining table, so you can eat outside with a sea view whatever the weather. There is also a BBQ area and an outdoor shower for quick cooling off. From the kitchen window you can see our permaculture garden, which we have planted with great love. There is also a greenhouse on the finca grounds, where you can pick fresh vegetables - we have created a green oasis on the otherwise dry island of Fuerteventura. If you want to enjoy peace, relaxation and recreation in a modern finca with sea views - then you have come to the right place! The villa is located in a settlement that is characterized by tranquility. The neighborhood is absolutely peaceful. You have a wide view of the island and the sea, as Finca Roberto is located on a mountain. Villa Roberto is only approx. 22 km (around 25 minutes) from the airport and located between Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo, you can still enjoy "audible" silence at Finca Roberto. Both towns can be reached in around 18 minutes by car, and on the way to Corralejo you drive for around 10 km on one of the most beautiful roads on the island, past the miles of sandy beaches of the dunes of Corralejo. The town of Parque Holandés, where Finca Roberto is located, is characterized by its quiet but central location. There are two restaurants, a café and a bar, as well as a playground for younger guests. Lajares, Villaverde or El Cotillo can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
