Holiday Home 'The Terrace Above The Sea' with Sea View, Private Terrace & Air Conditioning

Located in Castelsardo, the holiday home La Terrazza sul Mare is just steps from the beach. The three-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot is also available. This property does not offer Wi-Fi. Outside, you will find a private area with a covered terrace and a balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evening.



A parking space for small cars is available in a private garage on the property, and free street parking is available outside. One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted at this property.



The shower box has a plastic filter in the drain: after each shower, it is recommended to remove it and clear any hair or blockages to prevent clogs.



Please turn on appliances and air conditioning one at a time, waiting 5 minutes between each, and avoid using all at once to prevent power overloads that could trip the circuit breaker.

1) Strictly follow the recycling rules. Fines may be imposed by local authorities, and failure to comply results in loss of the deposit.



2) In Sardinia, collecting or possessing sand, stones, pebbles, or shells is strictly prohibited by regional law. Having these items in the house will result in loss of the deposit.
