The structure consists of a main building, the Palazzo, and independent villas set amidst extensive gardens, in the north-eastern part of Lake Lugano, in Porlezza.

The Palazzo has a reception with wi-fi. Nearby there is limited parking and numerous services and activities including an open-air Italian restaurant, a café with lake views, a cosmopolitan bar, the main reception, and an accessible beach. Bicycle paths wind throughout the park, where there is ample space for children and a mini-golf course. The resort has air conditioning and a lift, only in the main building, a garden in the villa area, wi fi in the communal areas. The Village is located in the tree-lined park of Porto Letizia. It has a public park by the lake and guests can use the public beach, with payment on site, and all water activities for both adults and young guests.
Lake Lugano is a meeting place for Italian joie de vivre and Swiss sophistication. It is a fairytale location with breathtaking natural beauty, nestling at the foot of the Alps. The wooded hills and shoreline are dotted with colourful villages and elegant villas, framed by lush Mediterranean vegetation.
Within walking distance, guests can use public transport and boats to visit the surrounding beauty spots. Perfect for a fun and varied holiday, the Resort is a short drive from Lugano and the picturesque Lake Como resort of Menaggio, famous for its Golf Club.

This apartment offers a modern living room and a well-equipped kitchen, providing a carefree holiday experience on Lake Lugano. The master bedroom is furnished with either a double bed or two singles, and the living room features a double sofa bed. A full family bathroom is included, equipped with a bath/shower, WC, and bidet. Outside, the apartment extends to a private balcony or garden, creating an ideal setting for ultimate peace and relaxation.
