The exteriors are perfect for enjoying a great vacation. It has a small garden area, several terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with the best company, and a solarium deck where you can bask in the sun with sea views. The house has direct neighbors.

The 2-story house offers a cozy style with everything you need to enjoy your holidays. It comprises 2 floors and each of them features a large dining room -with TV and access to the porch or terrace-, which connects to the kitchen -equipped with a gas cooktop- through a comfortable bar; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. You'll have to climb the outdoor staircase in order to enter the first floor and the upper solarium terrace is accessible from the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The house is located in a residential area a few meters from one of the best beaches on the island, Platja de Muro, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea, practice water sports, stroll along the seashore, etc. Not far away is Can Picafort, with all the services and a great summer atmosphere, just like in Port d'Alcúdia. You can enjoy a different day by visiting the Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca, which is located just 650 meters from the house.

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
