Hello and welcome to Haus Stina!

We’ve made our dream of a vacation home on the North Sea a reality—almost right on the water. Haus Stina is brand-new (completion summer 2024), and we’ve placed great emphasis on the interior design and the quality of all the fixtures, as well as on sophisticated aesthetics and state-of-the-art comfort. Almost all of the furniture was custom-made by a cabinetmaker to make you feel right at home.

Our Stina vacation home features three bedrooms, a very spacious living-dining area, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), and an outdoor sauna.
The first floor features a large, airy living-dining area with plenty of natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautiful bay window. The large patio doors open directly onto your southwest-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The manicured hedges surrounding the elegantly landscaped garden ensure privacy. In the sunshine, you can enjoy your morning coffee under the mature trees or host a lovely barbecue evening at a large dining table. You can unwind from the stresses of daily life on two high-quality lounge chairs.

Aesthetics and quality are evident throughout the entire home, both indoors and outdoors. The living area features an open-concept kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances from leading brands. Whether it’s the dishwasher, oven, stove with built-in range hood, refrigerator and freezer, water carbonator, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, or the complete set of wine glasses, dishes, silverware, glasses, and everything else you’ll need—you won’t be missing a thing.
The large dining table easily seats 6–8 people, and a high chair is available for the little ones. From the cozy couch that seats several people and the reading chair, you can stream or watch movies. It’s also a wonderful spot for board games.
The bathroom in the entryway features a spacious shower, and the utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer so you won’t have to worry about a thing while on vacation.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, whose custom-built closets offer plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality, custom-made double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Both rooms also feature an LED TV. The two-story loft bed in the third bedroom—crafted by a carpenter—offers plenty of space for guests of all ages.
There is also a desk available in case you need to get some work done. The house has a fiber-optic connection and therefore offers excellent Wi-Fi.
The master bathroom features a beautiful bathtub that families especially enjoy. Privacy is guaranteed here,

Clip-on stair gates, a high chair, a crib, toys, and children’s books make House Stina especially child-friendly. Blackout curtains and insect screens are installed throughout, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The lockable bike shed, a private parking space in front of the house, and the private electric car charging station round out the high-quality amenities.
We welcome guests who want to enjoy their stay, as well as children and pets. We’ve done our best to set everything up accordingly. If anything is missing, please let the rental office know.
Dangast has so much to offer—from the Wadden Sea to the beach with its bar, numerous hiking and biking trails, a large water park (with great big slides for kids), and excellent dining options. In the surrounding area, you can now even swim or splash around year-round in the North Sea Lagoon (Nordsee-Lagune Butjadingen).
And if it gets a little colder, there’s also an outdoor sauna available at our house.

Additional services available for an extra charge:

- Towels (1 bath towel + 2 hand towels) and bed linens upon request, mid-stay cleaning, towel/linens change

- EV charging station at the parking space, Type 2 plug. You must bring your own charging cable. Access via RFID chip,
Charging your electric car is charged at €40.00 per week per car—you can pick up the charging chip at the front desk

- If you are traveling with your dog, there is an additional charge of €8.00 per day.
