Haus Kühlung apartment 16 - DAT NÜST: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and very attractive 2-room apartment (approx. 44 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. Recently renovated from the ground up and newly furnished, the apartment features modern vinyl design flooring in all rooms; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people.

The inviting living/dining room features a comfortable couch, a separate dining table with 2 chairs, as well as various small side tables and storage surfaces. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 8 m² balcony (facing west) with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a Bose radio, and free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m wide), nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The modern and stylish bathroom (with natural light / window) features a walk-in shower with a floor-level entry and a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and plenty of storage space.

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the entryway of the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation rental (approx. 150 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; you can park your bicycles behind the building. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
