In addition to the rental rates listed above, there is a charge of 160€ for a safety briefing and charter permit (without a boat license) or 80€ for a safety briefing (with a boat license), €95 for final cleaning, a €40 insurance fee, and €20 per person for a linens package (bed linens & towels). Our houseboat, the Havelzauber, is furnished with great attention to detail. It’s perfect for couples and families looking to relax and unwind amid the diverse natural surroundings of Werder, near Potsdam and Berlin.

With a floor area of 48 square meters, the Havelzauber is designed to accommodate up to 10 people, featuring 4 sleeping spots, a sleeping cabin, and a sleeper sofa, all with luxurious amenities. In addition, the Havelzauber features a large terrace perfect for swimming. You do not need a boat license to operate it. You’ll receive a detailed briefing on-site regarding how to steer the boat and all other important details. If you’re new to houseboats, we also offer charter permits that are valid for the duration of your trip. We’d also be happy to recommend the most beautiful coves and share local tips with you.

We’re centrally located near Berlin, Potsdam, and the Himmelreich campground. “Once a houseboat, always a houseboat” is our motto here. We’re happy to assist you with route planning, recommendations, and additional tips—such as water sports in Potsdam and Brandenburg or perhaps a historical tour of our beautiful island in Werder (Havel). You can also book SUPs, a Weber grill, or an electric motor for your dinghy.
