★★ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY ★★
Our home is one of the few in the entire Lake Norman area with an onsite wheelchair lift. This gives the guest the ability to stay and enjoy both floors of the home and take advantage of everything the home offers.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home and outdoor area.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play, crib (primary bedroom) and a high chair.

✹ DOCK: Our private dock is excellent for those that love the water! For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that (a) there isn`t any electricity on the dock, (b) the dock has cleats to tie your boat, and (c) the water is deep but can vary based on the lake water level.

✹ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: A wheelchair lift is available for guests upon request and is included in the rental. It is located at the backside of the home connecting to the deck.

✹ DOGS: Up to two pets are permitted with a pet fee. Each pet must weigh less than 50 lbs.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

✹ TWO PAYMENTS: In order to ease the process of securing our stay, we will divide up you purchase into two payments. 40% will be charged immediately and 60% will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. Both charges will be from THE LIQUID BULLPEN. If your booking date is within 30 days of check-in, you will see two charges made immediately which will add up to the total reservation amount (it is not an error).

✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

✹ CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the booking and are entitled to a refund, the refund will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the processing fees regardless.

Other things to note: We have two exterior security cameras - one Ring doorbell facing the driveway and one camera off the top of the porch pointed towards the dock. Both cameras are hardwired and always on.

- We host a maximum of 15 guests and 5 cars at all times on the property.
- No more than 15 people can occupy our property at any one time.
- No smoking of any kind on the property, including vaping. If you smoke inside or outside the home your reservation will be cancelled without refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
- Pets are acceptable.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please use good judgement and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinance, if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be required to vacate the premises.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
- Checkout time is 10:00 am.
- Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking.
