The last time the walls were repainted was in 2025. On the furnished southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the North Sea air to the fullest. The light-filled two-room apartment offers a modern living style with a combined living and dining area. The cozy sofa set can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area for an additional person in just a few simple steps. It also features adjustable seat depth and backrest height. For your entertainment, a flat-screen smart TV with radio reception, a radio, and a Bluetooth speaker are available. The kitchenette in the living area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the drip coffee maker, you’ll also find a capsule machine and a milk frother to help you enjoy the perfect cup of coffee. This way, you can feel completely at home—an ideal place to relax even when the weather is lousy.
The separate bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m, two mattresses with a continuous topper), another flat-screen TV with Chromecast Google TV (You’ll need your own data plan for this device!), and a spacious closet. The shower room has a sink with a mirror cabinet, a towel warmer, a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer, and a floor-level entrance to the shower.
