Welcome! “Watt-gemütlich” is a Ruhr Valley German expression that means it’s
very homey and cozy here. You’ll feel right at home. “Watt”—
because the Wadden Sea is also very close by. It’s a newly built home in the
modern Frisian style with a spacious garden. The sun shines from morning to evening on two furnished terraces,
one of which has an electric awning.
A beach chair and a Weber gas grill are also available for your use. And if the
sun isn’t shining: High-quality, modern brand-name furnishings
create a cozy atmosphere! The “Watt-gemütlich-Haus” offers the highest
level of comfort for four people. It’s the perfect vacation home for families or
couples who are friends. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large dining table for
cozy get-togethers, flows seamlessly into the integrated living area. Two bedrooms
with box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom on the first floor
with an integrated bathroom features a large walk-in shower and
a separate toilet, creating a wellness area with a private atmosphere. Upstairs
, in addition to the large bedroom and an equally beautiful and comfortable bathroom
, there is another room with a desk and a sleeper sofa. If children or
teenagers would like to stay here as well, please let us know. There
are numerous USB ports for charging electronic devices such as
smartphones. The TVs in every room (except the bathroom and kitchen) are smart TVs.
High-speed internet, free Wi-Fi, a digital radio (DVB) with good sound
in the living area, and radios in the bathroom are also included. If you’d like to do laundry during your
vacation, a washing machine and separate dryer are available. The house also features underfloor heating, fly screens,
a towel warmer that can be turned on as needed, electric roller shutters, and two
free parking spaces right next to the house. You can store your own bicycles
in a secure area, and a charging station for e-bikes is available.

for €16.50 per person, which includes bed linens, towels,
a shower mat, and a dish towel.
