- The owners live on the same property, with a private, separate entrance.

- The estate has four independent rural accommodations, each with a private entrance.

- Water is filtered and drinkable but contains saline derivatives; bringing bottled water is recommended.

- The barbecue cannot be used on very hot days or during fire risk; please check availability. Only charcoal is allowed.

- Fireworks or anything that sparks and could cause a fire are not allowed.

- Smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground to prevent fires.

- Pets allowed on request and for an extra charge. No breeds classified as dangerous.

- Check-in not allowed for guests under 25 years old.

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

- A tourist tax applies.

- A sports area is available; guests must bring their own equipment.
