The apartment is modernly furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, etc. Bedroom with a double bed (180x200), large sleeper sofa in the living room. A short walk to a bakery and a restaurant/beer garden. Newly renovated 52-square-meter vacation apartment in Mitwitz in the idyllic Franconian Forest. Our apartment is located just 200 meters from Mitwitz Water Castle, adjacent to the castle park. Car and bike charging stations are 50 meters from the apartment, and there is parking in front of the house. Close access to the highway. Mitwitz is situated between Kronach and Coburg, both cities with historic charm. Mitwitz also offers traditional restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy, a new playground, and a peaceful atmosphere, as well as many hiking and biking trails. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please check out by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person at the house. A key deposit of 100 EUR is required upon arrival. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per day per pet. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
