Our houseboat, the floating “Hafen Suite DeLuxe,” located in the basin of the small Martinshafen marina, offers pure luxury with approximately 60 m² of relaxing living space and 2 outdoor terraces spread over 2 floors. A large panoramic window enhances the sense of spaciousness and offers fantastic views of the harbor activity. A small dry sauna, a whirlpool tub right in front of the double bed (140 x 200 cm), an electric massage chair, and a classic fireplace ensure special and personalized wellness moments on board. A dining area with a small kitchenette provides everything you need for simple self-catering. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, a BEKO coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an ice maker. Entertainment amenities include Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, and a Bose HomeSound 500 system. Two bathrooms with large floor-to-ceiling showers, sinks, and toilets, as well as an additional small cabin with a double berth (140 x 200 cm), round out the luxurious amenities of this floating harbor suite. Nestled within the nature reserve surrounding the Großer Jasmunder Bodden and ideally located in the northern part of the island of Rügen, the Hafenlady is moored in a sheltered spot at Marina Martinshafen. Let your gaze wander over the water’s surface, which glistens all day long, or enjoy a bottle of wine while watching the sunset at the end of an eventful vacation day. Our unique vacation spot for you is securely moored in the harbor—ready for relaxing hours and unforgettable vacation moments. You can’t get a better vacation with and on the water. With plenty of unspoiled nature, right on the water, and a small stretch of beach directly by the harbor. Enjoy completely relaxing hours with us. Or, when the weather permits, take advantage of the excellent conditions for kiteboarding or windsurfing. Two SUPs are included in the onboard equipment for a water excursion on the Bodden. Harbor Suite DeLuxe:

The centerpiece of our floating Harbor Suite DeLuxe is the large combined living/sleeping area. A double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm—positioned slightly elevated—offers a magnificent view directly through the large panoramic window of the harbor and the water. A small whirlpool tub is situated in front of the bed. An electric massage chair and a classic fireplace round out the luxurious ambiance of this floating luxury apartment. A dining table and a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and ice maker allow you to prepare simple meals on your own. Two large bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and large shower, and a second separate small bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) round out the spacious overall design of the floating suite. One of the bathrooms also features a small dry sauna for two people. Two outdoor terraces offer additional opportunities to enjoy the interplay of water, wildlife, and nature. An outdoor parking space is reserved for our guests right in the harbor. We also offer free Wi-Fi.

A dining area with a small kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, sink, BEKO coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and ice maker is provided to allow for self-catering. Breakfast (also available for pickup on board) and light meals can be enjoyed at the harbor bistro just around the corner. The living area features a hammock and two yoga mats. Furthermore, air conditioning with a heating function in the living area and the large panoramic window with a breathtaking view of the harbor and boats ensure pure relaxation. A second small cabin with a double bed (140 x 200) rounds out the living area. Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, and a Bose HomeSound 500 system are part of the entertainment setup. Two bathrooms with large shower areas, sinks, and toilets are available in the bathroom area. In the entryway, on a small terrace, there is a small seating area. In addition, there is an extra seating area on the roof of the houseboat suite with a view of the Jasmunder Bodden.
