Enjoyable

The house was spacious, with room for all. We really enjoyed the heated pool. The Tiki hut down on the dock was a lovely area. We saw a dolphin and manatees!

Excellent property

We stayed in May 2024 for a week. We chose this location because it was close to our daughter's home so we could visit without crowding her and her family. We were very happy with the property. It was as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and all necessary items were provided.The floorplan was open and large with beautiful views. The outdoor pool area had a table and lots of chairs and was perfect for some of our meals. The pool was clean and Julia turned on the heat and adjusted the temperature for us. The dock on the canal was lovely and we spent most mornings there with our coffee. We saw lots of birds and even a couple of manatees! The beds were comfortable, even for my husband with back issues. The A/C was nice and cold, the internet worked with no issues, and we had streaming available if we wanted to watch TV. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the property had a washer/dryer. Julia was an extremely responsive hostess and gave us suggestions for restaurants and made us feel welcome and right at home. We are looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend!

The property we stayed at was exactly what we were needed for our short business/pleasure trip. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. The bed was comfortable A/C worked great lanai and pool were perfect for what we needed. The owner was easy to work with personable and flexible, we will definitely be staying at one of her properties again. Pam S.

Cape coral property

Place smelled like a wet dog and the pool has mold around the edges. We were supposed to stay two nights but left the next day. Not very comfortable and the bedrooms televisions were not hooked up. Owner met us at the property and charged me and extra 40 dollars for my son who originally wasn't coming. Second bad experience from A Vrbo in the past two months. Staying at a hotel next time.

Perfect

Needed a place for my elderly in-laws. Host was wonderful. Property was great. Coffee every morning by the water, and a dip in the heated pool in the evening. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay in the Cape

Beautifully appointed home on a salt water canal with a heated pool. Host was very accommodating and communication was excellent from time of booking to checkin and through checkout. Will definitely be back for a repeat visit.

Wonderful time!!

We stayed here for two weeks and had an absolutely wonderful time!! The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We loved the heated pool and views of the canal. The southern sun exposure gave us maximum sun which was an added bonus. Julia was a great host and very attentive to any questions we had. The house is very well appointed but if there is something we needed Julie made sure we had it which was very much appreciated!! The house is in a great location and close to many shops and nice restaurants. Seeing the burrowing owls on our daily walks in the neighborhood was a special treat. We can't wait to come back next year!!

We loved Villa Omorfia!

Our first VRBO experience was wonderful! Julia was so informative and helpful as our host. The house and pool area were very clean and beautiful. We spent parts of every day lounging in the pool and on the lanai. Each morning we walked an hour through the neighborhood and really enjoyed seeing all of the pairs of burrowing owls and ibis in the yards. The dock and cabana on the canal were the perfect spot to watch the sundown. We loved the location as we were close to everything we wanted to see and do: Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva, Ft Meyers beach, Punta Gordo, Minnesota Twins facility, Naples, and Marco Island. Julia gave us many dining recommendations which we loved! We definitely plan on returning to Villa Omorfia annually!

Really filthy

Unfortunately, the home was really, really dirty. It’s too bad because it’s a nice house. Didn’t have kitchen set up with what we needed to cook and most things were in the wrong place. Not enough towels, internet kept cutting out. Bikes supposed to be provided had flat tires, lanai furniture had moldy cushions, all fans were loaded with dust. So sorry to be giving a poor review but renters need to know.

A Slice of Heaven on Earth

We stayed at this property for two weeks. Great location; Close to many restaurants, shopping, beach and more. Loved the pool and the canal. Used the pool quite often. Could have easily spent a least another week here!! Julia, our host was magnificent. She replied via text and e mail to all of our concerns and made our visit even more enjoyable. Will definitely be back again for another visit in the near future. Met all of our expectations.

Slice of heaven

Omgggggggoodness it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we entered it felt like home. The house was beautiful inside and out with gorgeous views. The furniture was contemporary and very comfortable. The master bedroom suite was awesome the bed was comfortable all the decor throughout house was beautiful. Julia was very responsive and she accommodated an additional day stay we arrived day early and we were able to check in few hours early. She maintained great communication over our 6 day stay. We loved the peaceful nights sitting on the pier. I was hoping to see a dolphin but we did see a Manistee. We can't wait to view her other properties & select for our next vacation. Was thinking the pool water would've been warmer since the temperature was 88-90 and all the incredible sunshine on pool area so next time we will request the electric heater be turned on. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient location to Fort Myers and Sanibel. We loved every moment of our stay can't wait to come back

Wonderful property in Cape Coral

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Its in wonderful spacious house in a nice neighborhood close to shopping/resturants and of course on the canal. Love the covered lanai just off the pool. We'd stay there again.

This experience has been my top of stays in Florida! Julia is a great host! Communication was outstanding! Such a beautiful soul! Book this place!

I recently stayed at a VRBO rental in Cape Coral hosted by Julia, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The pictures of the home simply don't do it justice. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautiful, spacious, and bright interior that immediately made us feel at home. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely grill for our use. The highlight was the stunning dock, where we enjoyed the serene views and even tried paddleboarding in the canals. We also celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday in the elegant dining room, which added a special touch to our trip. The location was fantastic, with Walmart, Wawa, Dunkin, and other amenities just a 3-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. I can't say enough about Julia, who was a kind and accommodating host from start to finish. She was responsive to our inquiries and made sure our experience was exceptional. Overall, our VRBO stay in Cape Coral exceeded our expectations. The beautiful, clean, and spacious home, along with the picturesque dock and convenient location, made for a memorable vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway. Thank you, Julia, for being such a gracious host!

Amenities Everywhere You Look!

We arrived hassle-free to the property which was spotless and had all of the little touches you would expect from a 5 star resort. There is a screened in pool, canal access with fishing dock, boat launch, professional grill for poolside eats, his and hers master bathroom that will make you feel like you are at the spa, and the list goes on. You’re minutes from downtown Cape Coral and only a short drive to Fort Myers or Sanibel. Julia was extremely professional and inviting. I have already recommended this location to friends and family. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay

We were overall pleased with the property. The communication was easy. Check in process easy. She was flexible with a late check out since there wasn’t another incoming reservation. Location was great. Pool was wonderful. There was some storm damage that isn’t shown in the reservation so it was a bit of a surprise. But we understand how difficult the repair process has been since the storm came through.

Mothers Day Getaway

We had an absolute blast at this home. It was beautiful and on the water. Lots of fish in the water. Even saw a couple manatees. The neighborhood is quiet. All in all it was a very relaxing mini vacation. Julia was super helpful and is a great host. I will definitely be renting with her again!
