The "Kristina" vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to six people. The 60 m² apartment features a living-dining room, a modern built-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the lower level. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and is furnished with one double bed and four single beds.

The vacation rental includes a 20 m² terrace with seating and a grill, ideal for relaxing outdoors. This is a non-smoking apartment. Four-legged companions are welcome—one pet is allowed to stay; additional pets require prior approval from the landlord.


Information for guests traveling with dogs:
- Dogs must be specified at the time of booking
- Multiple dogs are permitted upon consultation with the landlord
- There is a fee for dogs
- Amenities: Food and water bowls are provided
- Dogs are allowed in all rooms and common areas
- The property is fenced; the garden is available for use
- Dogs do not need to be on a leash on the property, but please be considerate of other guests

The vacation apartments were newly built in August 2013 and completely renovated in 2025.
All vacation apartments are equipped with a modern built-in kitchen featuring a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a flat-screen TV. In addition to the full kitchen setup, towels and bed linens are provided. 
All rooms are tiled and equipped with heated floors.
Each apartment has a spacious terrace with patio furniture and a parasol. There is also a parking space on the property.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

From mid-March through the end of October each year, the city of Senftenberg charges a visitor’s tax.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
