Beautiful view at Lake Como

We had a lovely stay in this spacious house. Well equipped kitchen and we loved the beautiful view at Lake Come we had during the day but also in the evening. Beds were good but we would have liked it if the beds were longer. I think they are 190 and that was too short for us as we are tall people. The apartment only provides one big towel and a little towel per person. You hear the dogs bark from the neighbours a lot of times during the day, but fortunately they don’t do it the whole day.

Wohnung mit Ueberholungsbedarf

Die Ausstattung muss dringend überholt werden. Die Wohnung sollte für 5 Personen ausgelegt sein, aber es gab z.B nicht genügend Handtücher und die Küchenausstattung war nicht ausreichend. Ferner war z.B. das Besteck und Geschirr teilweise beschädigt. Im Bad gibt es auch keine Haken. In der Wohnung gab es kein deutsches TV. Trotz div. Reklamationen hatte man das Problem in fast 3 Wochen nicht beheben wollte/können. Über das Hundegebelle wollen wir nichts weiter berichten.

Superbe appartement, Propreté irréprochable,super bien équipé. Je le recommande à 1000% Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement. Une vue à couper le souffle du balcon et en prime une très grande terrasse en plus.

Pro: - Sehr sauber - Anreise und Service sehr gut - Moderne Einrichtung - Bäder sehr sauber Cons: - WLAN extrem schwach. Verstärker würden helfen - Dachgeschoß Bad für Gäste über 1,80 m zu niedrig - Gleiches Problem bei den Betten - Winterzudecken zu schwer und zu warm - Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sehr nervig. Sind dauernd am Bellen. - Viele Treppen. Sowohl zum Eingang, als auch in der Wohnung - Treppe in der Wohnung schmal und schlecht gesichert. Schwierig für Senioren und kleine Kinder.

Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, doch leider war am Abreisetag 9.00Uhr eine Wartung von der Heizung und es war unganehm, der plötzliche Besuch ohne Voranmeldung.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung am Comer See! Positives: - bester Ausblick - große Wohnung - sehr sauber - gute Ausstattung Nicht ganz so toll: - Matratzen der Betten sind recht weich und kürzer als normal. Bei größeren Menschen hängen die Füße unten runter. - der Hund der Nachbarn ist wirklich laut und ausdauernd am Bellen, aber dafür können die Besitzer der Wohnung nichts

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager. Die Wohnung war perfekt mit einer wunderbaren Sicht auf den See und die Umgebung! Wenn ich nochmal an diesem Ort Urlaub mache, würde ich mir gerne diese Wohnung wünschen. WLAN war langsam, hat uns Erwachsene aber nicht gestört.
