Spacious deck off the living room perfect for lounging and cocktails and a second deck off the kitchen with outdoor grill.

55 in. TV in living room and 40 in. TV in master–both with cable. High-speed WiFi + Sonos sound system.

Beach chairs, towels and gear provided.

A 5 minute boat ride on South Ferry leads you to Sag Harbor and the Hamptons. A 10 minute boat ride on North Ferry takes you to Greenport and dozens of vineyards on the North Fork.

We had a phenomenal stay at Jason's property. The house was beautiful, well kept, and very clean. It served as a perfect retreat for my wife and I. Jason was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome stay. Probably the best host i've had in my 50 airbnbs. What was a pleasant surprise was how high quality all the finishings are - awesome bikes, great cookware, comfy beach furniture, great bedding, etc. Close by a great beach too. I'd go on longer but we want to come back and don't want it all booked up!!!

Wade Beach Holiday

Just as Jason and Josh described. Beautifully designed jewel box of a house. Very modern and on trend. Incredibly well equipped kitchen for foodies. Great location near to Wade Beach. Attentive manager. I cannot think of anything to reproach this booking other than my remarks might make it more difficult for me to book with the millennials next year! D

Shelter Island Getaway

We have stayed in homes all over the world and Jason is by far the most engaging and supportive host we have ever experienced. Hospitality, communication and openness was outstanding. If you are looking for a quiet and tasteful getaway this is truly wonderful experience.

Great Vacation on shelter Island

The house was perfect--clean, well organized, well equipped with everything we needed, state of the art fixtures, close to the beach. Jason was readily available if we needed anything. We had a terrific time.

Exceptionally well furnished and equipped, ideally located only 5 minute walk from Wade beach, Jason and Josh are the perfect hosts. No need for us to consider any other property on Shelter Island, we will keep coming back whenever possible.

Outstanding property

This was our second stay at the house for this summer and it was even better than the first time. The property is immaculate, the kitchen is exceptionally equipped, and the rest of the house impeccably furnished. The five-minute walk to the beach is also a plus. We will definitely come back and plan to become regular guests.

Superbly Livable

My wife and I have rented many vacation houses over the years, and this one proved more painful than all the others for one reason: we hated to leave it! The house itself is superbly livable, and the owners have done a terrific job of making it handsome, as well: the mid-Century modern furniture is a pleasure to be around, as is the very striking--but never intrusive--artwork that brightens the walls. The second floor is truly a little apartment in itself, affording a measure of luxurious privacy if one should so desire. The beds are without exception supremely comfortable; all the kitchen is far beyond fully equipped, the appliances only the best. In short, this lovely property combines the best qualities of a charming home and a top-notch hotel, and we hope to return to it many times in the future.

A Gem of a Beach House on Shelter Island

Though we've lived in Manhattan for many years, my husband and I had never been to Shelter Island. After staying here for a week, we fell in love not only with the island, but also this house. Open, chic, and immaculate are a few words I would use to describe this special place. We adored the beautiful midcentury furnishings, the close (walkable) proximity to the beach, the cross breeze that came through the sliding doors on each side of the house and the location that was private yet close to both ferries and the best restaurants on the island. The owners have truly thought of everything. From bikes, to hotel-style bathroom amenities (fresh shampoos, soaps) beach gear (towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers) to the stocked, perfectly organized kitchen with every appliance or tool you could ever need. Jason is as gracious as they come. He genuinely wants you to feel the love for Shelter Island. His recommendations for activities and restaurants are spot on. We created such special memories at this house and plan to rent it year after year.

Great Week!

We (myself, sister, niece and my mother) rented this beautiful house at the end of July. First, working with Jason is a breeze. He is extremely detailed in his emails about the house and consistently offers his availability to answer any questions. He also makes great suggestions for dinner and shopping. Secondly, the house is BEAUTIFUL. A simply designed home, yet elegant with importantly placed art around. Everything in the home is immaculate, clean and mostly white (not a house for kids). They have bikes and rafts for use as well as a grill. Basically everything you need for vacation home. We had a great time and very much enjoyed the house and Shelter Island. Shelter Island is quiet and relaxed and minutes from Sag Harbor and Greenport. We loved the house so much I might even rent again next year...

Beautiful home, great getaway

We stayed at this property in August and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The home was immaculate on our arrival, and was just as described and as shown in the pictures. It had been recently redone and in great condition. The look and feel is contemporary, very light and bright, and also very comfortable. The house has an open feel, but the wooded grounds keep things secluded. Everything on Shelter Island was easy to get to, and the location is minutes from the South Ferry, which makes it convenient to drive to Sag Harbor or The Hamptons. The owner was fantastic. Easy to work with and extremely helpful, assisting with recommendations of things to do and see...he really cared about making sure that we had a great stay, which we did. We would certainly recommend this property without hesitation!
