You reach the holiday home Am Baumwipfel via an easily accessible staircase.

Here you will be greeted by a large terrace with seating and the covered entrance to the house. Behind the house there is another terrace with a garden.

Come in and feel the harmony in the house.

A hallway with a coat rack and shoe rack welcomes you, then you continue into the open kitchen-living room with dining area. From here you can access a guest room and study. You reach the large living room with the window front via a staircase. This is a place to live and relax. The bathroom with shower and toilet is attached to the living room.

You reach the spacious bedroom via a small gallery.

Underfloor heating and the radiators are operated by a heat pump.

You can park your car in our parking lot in front of the house. There is also a bicycle shed with a charging station here.
