Nestled in a verdant setting within a 6700 m² property, our 75 m² gîte in Sarlat offers a peaceful and private retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to this tranquil haven.



The gîte can accommodate up to 6 people with its 2 comfortable bedrooms: the first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, while the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds (which can be combined to form a large bed). A convertible sofa provides two additional beds. Bed linens and towels are provided (once upon arrival).



The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine, and refrigerator. You will also have access to a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, and Wi-Fi.



A private, secure parking area with an electric gate is available on-site. Enjoy our large private pool measuring 11 m x 5 m for refreshing and relaxing moments.



A permanent pergola with an integrated barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, pétanque court, and football cage are at your disposal for convivial outdoor moments.



The gîte is ideally located near all amenities: supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, wine bar. You will also find a tennis club, bike path, fitness trail, quad biking, bike rentals, and a children’s amusement park nearby.

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned after the departure inventory.
