The Residenz Hohe-Lith Vacation Rental 304 (HLI304) in Cuxhaven offers 78 m² of living space with high-end amenities for a comfortable stay on the North Sea coast. With two separate bedrooms and a total of three rooms, this non-smoking accommodations are suitable for up to six people and is designed to be particularly family-friendly. Thanks to the open kitchen integrated into the living room—equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware—daily life is made convenient.

The large, covered balcony invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The apartment is located on the first floor of a four-story building and is easily accessible via an elevator. Entertainment is provided by three cable TVs, a DVD player, a radio, and a hi-fi system. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the living area, making it easy to work or stream media.

Additional amenities at the residence include a heated indoor pool, a sauna, an infrared cabin, and a steam room, all designed to promote relaxation and well-being. These wellness facilities are conveniently accessible right in the building. A shared washer and dryer are available, as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack—offering flexibility, especially for longer stays or travelers with children.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, a sink, a mirror, a toilet, and a hair dryer. In addition, there is a separate guest restroom, making your stay even more pleasant—especially when there are multiple guests or families.

Safety is ensured by installed smoke detectors. Pet owners may bring a maximum of one pet—please observe the relevant regulations.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The clearance height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under the building code. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation apartment has a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 vacation apartments with two 100 Mbit lines; an expansion to include two additional 100 Mbit lines is in the works. The capacity is generally sufficient for basic uses such as email and web browsing. Streaming services or computationally intensive remote applications are only possible to a very limited extent and are by no means guaranteed.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance usually takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle you to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until, tentatively, mid-June 2026. During this time, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is already included in the price.
