This 3½-room vacation apartment is located in a beautiful, sunny spot in the center of Lenzerheide. The "Lenzerheide/Lai Post" PostBus stop is just a one-minute walk away and is ideal for those arriving by public transportation.
Within walking distance are grocery stores, a bakery, a butcher shop, restaurants, bars, sports shops, the tourist office, an ice rink, an indoor pool with a wellness area, and much more.
In winter, you can ski all the way from the Rothorn ski area to within 100 meters of the house.

The apartment is located on the first floor and was extensively renovated in 2010.
There are two bedrooms available for 4 people. The larger room has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the smaller room has two beds (90x195 cm) that can be used as singles or pushed together to form a double bed. A crib and high chair are available upon request.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a large sink, and a toilet with a bidet function.

The open-concept kitchen with its cozy dining area is very well equipped.
The bright living room features a large corner sofa, armchairs, satellite TV, Apple TV for streaming, a Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, a stereo system with Bluetooth, and plenty of games to keep you entertained.

There is also a balcony with a view of the mountains, complete with a table and a lounge chair for sunbathers.

The pantry is equipped with a washing machine (with a dryer function).

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. There are two additional visitor parking spaces on the property.
