A well-maintained and quiet 2-room apartment located just about 300 m from the Westerland spa promenade.
The apartment is located in a recently and extensively renovated apartment building within walking distance of the spa promenade with its open-air concert shell, as well as the spa center offering medical treatments, a sauna, and a recreational pool. On the first floor of the building, you’ll find a grocery store and a bakery across the street. The waves of the North Sea are just as close as the numerous boutiques, shops, and restaurants in Westerland’s pedestrian zones. The train station is about 10 minutes away.

Guests can make free calls to German landlines (excluding special numbers) and also use free DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi. This is a voluntary additional service on our part and therefore not a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or even of a router. This apartment comes with its own parking space in the underground garage.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated machines in the building’s basement. The “Strandstraße” apartment complex features an elevator that provides access to all residential floors as well as the basement and underground garage.



Apartment No. 70 (67 m²) is located on the 4th floor.
The 67 m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
In addition to the bright living room with a sofa set (sofa converts to a bed), a dining table for 4 people, an HD flat-screen TV, a mini stereo system, and a north-facing balcony, you’ll also find a
large separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200), a flat-screen TV, an armchair, a large closet, a desk, and an additional north-facing balcony.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The bedroom features a double bed, a closet, an armchair, and a desk.
In addition to the modern bathroom with a shower, the apartment has a separate guest restroom.
All living areas of the vacation rental are equipped with PVC design plank flooring.
