If you’re planning a getaway to Winter Park, why fuss with overpriced, inconvenient hotels? You have the option to stay somewhere affordable, just minutes from the mountain!

This little condo is perfect for travelers looking for cozy, convenient mountain accommodations. It’s newly remodeled and ready for your visit! The condo is equipped with a full bed in the bedroom, and a futon in the living room. Fold it up and watch your favorite show on the 32-inch flat screen TV after a long day on the slopes! There’s a kitchenette and a dining ski bar that look out over Byer's Peak. Sit with your travel companions and share stories from the day. The condo has access to a community lounge area that has a coin-operated laundry room and a huge gas fireplace. You’ll warm up in there!

The town of Winter Park is about a mile up the road. Winter Park Ski Area is about 5 miles away from this condo, but you’re also a short drive away from Sol Vista Basin ski area as well as numerous cross-country ski trails, as well as hiking and snowshoe trails. Across the street you will find a super fun tubing hill too! If you’re here in the warmer months, you’ll find opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, alpine slides, rafting, and more. From here, you’ll have access to it all!

Small but cute condo in a great location.

The condo was very petite but remodeled nicely and well cared for. The owner was really organized and helpful with providing information about the condo and directions. We didn't realize there was only a mini fridge so we brought too many groceries and there's no microwave which was limiting so the kitchen was an unexpected challenge. The rest of the condo met our needs though.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure that a three star review is fair based off expectations that were clearly dispelled in the listing, i.e. small, lack of microwave and full size fridge. The unit is advertised with a kitchenette and the pictures clearly show the size of the fridge. My listing advertises a toaster oven, but no microwave. I would be grateful if your review was aligned with what was advertised. You won't find a nicer place to stay at this price point and three stars is devastating for my listing.

Convenient and clean

I enjoyed your condo during my ski trip. I liked the wood flooring as opposed to the stained carpet found in most commercial lodging. The location was excellent, convenient to my favorite restaurants, Safeway, and coffee shop, although this time I brought my own espresso pot thanks to your unit having a stove. Being solo this time and traveling light, it was pretty much perfect for my needs. I'll likely contact you next ski season about renting again if available.

A Slice of Mountain Heaven!

If you are looking for a serene and peaceful getaway in the mountains this is the place for you. The living space looks out onto a beautiful mountain vista which we enjoyed while having a drink after a day on the slopes. The bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen had all of the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!!

The property was well maintained.

The property - walls, flooring, fixtures, utilities, furniture - was well maintained. A few inconsequential complaints had to do with the cleaning. The floor did not seem to be cleaned well before our arrival, with quite a bit of hair, and general debris on the floor. The kitchen drain strainer had some hair and debris present. (I'm guessing the prior occupants had a pet present.) The rental information provided when we were searching for a place to stay, stated that extra towels would be available (in the closet), but only one wash cloth was available. I would consider this complaint to be minor and it would not impact staying in the future, however, I would think some correction should be made. It would also be helpful if an electrical outlet was available in the bathroom. Before our trip we had a few questions and the property manager answered them quickly and accurately, which was appreciated.

I'm sorry if the cleaning was not up to par. We have used this cleaner for two years and never once have had a problem. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

comfy and cozy!

Lovely condo, clean, and bright. It is small, but had everything we needed. A great stay!

Thanks for the review! I know the place is small. We have it described as 275 square feet in the listing to make sure everyone is aware of that feature before they book.

Neat, Clean, cozy and comfortable!!!

It's nice little condo, and ideal for couple and one kid. We stayed there the week after the Christmas 2015 and it's perfect for us. It's very clean, neat, and not far from the Winter Park Ski Resort, Safeway. Parking space is good, trash is not far, heat, tv, and other amenities are on the working condition. Lots of thing are there for you to use. I will recommend to the size of the family it mentioned and will book again in the future whenever it's available for me to do so. The community fire-place, hang around space, laundry space is neat and we spent quality time out there with other friendly neighbors. The owner is so prompt to response any question you have. Thank you LIZ for the space given us to use and forgot to mention, the rental fee is very affordable, and reasonable.

Cozy and Comfortable stay

This place was a wonderful place to get away and relax. The condo was neat and clean and looks newly remodeled. It is close to the trail systems in Fraser for mountain biking, hiking and cross country skiing and the price is right. It is a smaller space, but quite comfortable for two people. I would stay again for sure.

Sweet Little Get Away!!!

Cute little get away spot!! This condo was a nice, clean and newly updated spot for after skiing!! Very close to town, groceries and lots of outdoor playing. Great for a couple wanting great weekend place!! We enjoyed our stay!!

I have been in CO since 2011 and love it more than anywhere I have lived. Work hard, play hard!

We love the Winter Park area for it's remote and small town feel. This was the right condo, at the right price, at the right time for me. It did not look this nice when we got the place, lot's of sweat equity was put into it.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Fraser Creek Side Trail area is just a couple miles down the road. It is single track almost all the way there. Just cross the highway and head on back! There is also a lot of great cross country and snowshoeing back in that area too.
