Perfect for couples or small groups of up to 3 seeking a quiet, accessible getaway in the Catalan countryside. The studio features a combined living and sleeping area with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (1 in the garden), all on one level for easy access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (1 in the entrance hall), washing machine, books and board games, a crib, and 2 high chairs. There are fans but no air conditioning.



Guests share with the neighboring Ca l'Andorrà a spacious outdoor area: garden, barbecue, swimming pool (open from June 22), multi-purpose court, and changing room. The property also has a third, fully independent unit with its own entrance, where the host’s family lives—no shared spaces with rental units.



Nearby, you’ll find the Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana, a restored lake perfect for nature walks and birdwatching. The village also offers two restaurants, local shops, and an equestrian club in the next village, with public transport within walking distance. Four parking spaces and free street parking are available.
