A particular highlight is our 45-square-meter rooftop terrace, which is secluded and offers a beautiful view of the lovely garden and the adjacent pine forest.

Mare54°—apartment in a prime location on the 1st floor, featuring 115 m² of living space plus a 45 m² rooftop terrace and a separate entrance.
Three bedrooms, each with a 180-cm double bed, spread over two floors; a separate kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave; a spacious living room with a dining area and access to the large rooftop terrace with patio furniture.

A fiber-optic connection provides high-speed internet. A total of 3 TVs and a high-quality stereo system.
The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine is located in the utility room.
A lockable bike shed is available for guests.



On-site costs: Bed linens are included; towel sets can be booked for an additional fee. A set for one person consists of: 2 hand towels and one bath towel. You are welcome to request an interim cleaning or additional bed linens and towel sets during your stay for an extra charge.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
