Finca 'Casa Del Sol - Fachwerkhäuschen' with Lake View, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

Casa del Sol is a rustic half-timbered cottage set in Kolbatzer Mühle, about 7 km from Lychen, right by the forest and open meadows. Nestled on a quiet three-sided farm, you enjoy unspoiled nature all around. The 60 m² house features a cozy living room with a small fireplace (firewood provided), one bedroom with a lovingly crafted bunk bed (both mattresses 120 cm wide), a bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 guests. The kitchen includes a traditional wood stove, adding to the rustic charm. Everything is intentionally simple and close to nature—perfect if you seek peace and authenticity.



Wi-Fi is available. A baby cot can be provided—please let us know in advance if needed. The lake is about 200 m away and can be reached via a natural path. Our log cabin sauna is also about 200 m away, located in our lakeside garden. It is separate from the house and can be booked for an extra fee per hour—please inform us in advance so we can prepare it for you.



You have your own outdoor area with garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. Up to 5 pets are allowed. Towels are not provided. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Check-in is easy via a self-check-in system.



The property is part of Kolbatzer Mühle, a family-run nature project focused on authentic, nature-based holidays. The grounds also feature other holiday homes, a large bivouac site, and several handcrafted log cabins. From May to October, we also run a beer garden.
