The one-bedroom apartment is located in the main building, 1.UG.

Living/dining room with 1 double fold-out bed and satellite TV (flat-screen), 1 bed on the sofa, access to the balcony, open kitchen (2 glass-ceramic stovetop burners, Nespresso machine, toaster). Bathtub/toilet. Views of the mountains, the countryside, and the garden. Available: high chair, hair dryer. Parking space next to the house. Non-smoking accommodation.

The Tga Clo apartment building is located at the bottom of the valley, right in the delta of the Julia and Schletg rivers, with a view of the mountains, less than 100 meters from the valley station of the gondola, very close to the ski school in winter and the swimming lake in summer.
It takes 5–10 minutes to walk to the village center.
Inside the building, you’ll find a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna (not included in the rent), a bowling alley, a youth game room, a children’s playroom, and a lounge with a TV and library. In the summer, there is a grill available on the rooftop terrace and another in the garden.
Each apartment comes with a parking space. Every apartment is also accessible by elevator from the garage. Our underground garage has a maximum height of 1.80 m. On the second basement level, you’ll find a guest washing machine and dryer.
