San Sole - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

We welcome you to this charming rustic finca located in Felanitx that accommodates 8 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a natural environment.

Surrounded by landscapes of countryside and nature, the exterior of this finca has a chlorine swimming pool 10.5 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a depth of between 1.2 and 2.4 metres. The pool area is surrounded by 4 sunshades and 8 sun loungers where you can relax in the warm Mallorcan sun. Next to this area you will find a complete bathroom with shower. The fully furnished covered porch and the two terraces invite you to enjoy outdoor meals, thanks to the barbecue that the house has.

 





The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, has a rustic Mallorcan style that makes it more genuine. A first living-dining room distributed in two different areas begins on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with two sofas and two armchairs ideal to enjoy a relaxing evening watching movies on TV, while the dining area has a table with 6 chairs to eat with your companions. This space leads to a fully equipped gas cooker with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. It is also equipped with a table and 6 chairs. The ground floor is completed by a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, with towels changed every 3 days, and two bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe each. Each room has a fan to make your stay more comfortable. Going up to the first floor, a second room leads to the other two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds and air conditioning. Bed linen is changed during your stay. The second bathroom is fully equipped with a shower. A last room with two armchairs gives access to a terrace where you can sunbathe. There is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available.

Located in the charming village of Felanitx, this area is renowned for its rich history, culture, and natural beauty. Surrounded by tranquil countryside, it offers a peaceful escape for those seeking relaxation. Just a few kilometers away, the town center boasts various bars and restaurants where you can enjoy local cuisine and wines. The coast of Mallorca, including beautiful beaches like Cala Marçal with its crystal-clear waters, is only 25 km away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside activities.

-A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
-There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
