Modern holiday home with internet near the sea and on the doorstep of Stockholm

Welcome to this guest house for two people in Grödinge - which many call the Österlen of Stockholm!



The cottage is only 650 metres from the sea, where you can enjoy a small sandy beach, jetty and sauna. The house is located high and bright on the landlord's plot, surrounded by pines and cliffs, and has its own entrance and parking space. There is a forest with mushrooms and berries around the corner of the house. Around the entire house runs a large terrace with outdoor furniture.



Inside the house there is a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining area, a sofa corner and a sleeping area on the loft for two people. There is fast broadband with wi-fi, as well as a TV that allows you to watch Netflix and other services via Chromecast. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The house is equipped with air conditioning that can provide both cooling and heating, as well as underfloor heating in the bathroom and hall.

A sauna is available. It's not a private sauna. Instead, there's a public sauna for residents near the sea, which can be used at any time and free of charge.



Within 5 kilometres of the house there are three charming restaurants - Eldtomta Café, Klockargårdens Våffleri and Karshamra Mat & Trädgård. Eldtomta also has a small grocery store that is open 24 hours a day. A larger grocery store is located in Vårsta, 8.5 km from the house. The nearest bus stop, Dalsta, is 1.4 km away. In Tumba, 14 km from the house, there is a commuter train that takes you to, among other places, Stockholm.
