This lovely rural apartment is in a detached holiday home with a massive garden in Carinthia, about 500 meters from the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area. The house is an excellent starting point for beautiful hiking routes through the region and is located at the tri-border point of Austria, Italy, and Slovenia. The apartment has all the amenities and you can, of course, use the garden at this house and park the car in front of the door
Located at the top of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, Kötschach-Mauthen belongs to the tourist region of Nassfeld-Pressegger See and offers a small family ski area with 6 kilometers of slopes, as well as restaurants, shops, all hiking and cycling opportunities, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (water and wellness oasis Aquarena). Other ski resorts in the region include the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienzer Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the eastern Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes. In summer, the natural swimming pool Waldbad Mauthen or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offers lots of swimming fun!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
