With an ideal size of approximately 40 m², this charming accommodation can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a lovely atmosphere. Here, you can unwind on the large wooden deck or in the garden under the big old apple tree. Here, you’ll enjoy complete privacy. There’s a cozy spot for every family member to unwind. The comfortably furnished living area—complete with a sofa and armchair, TV, games, books, chairs, a table, and an open kitchen—invites you to relax, play, or cook. The high-quality appliances in the modern kitchen include an induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Thanks to a wide variety of kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, you can prepare your favorite meals in no time at all. And with direct access to the inviting southwest-facingterrace, you can start the day with a lovely, cozy breakfast in the garden while making plans for the day ahead—or the kids can quickly head over the dike to the large playground to run around. The apartment also features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, as well as a room with a bunk bed (100x200 cm) and a large closet. The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a towel warmer and plenty of storage space. It offers everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. All rooms have radiant floor heating

Pets are allowed in the apartment under supervision starting at 01.09.2025. The pet must not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment.

The prices for our vacation apartments are always valid for stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, you’ll pay a short-stay surcharge.


Facilities:

The three newly renovated vacation apartments can accommodate 2–5 people. Thanks to the path up the dike right in front of the house, you’re just a few meters away from the fishing harbor. It’s also not far to the popular Alleestraße with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Apartments 1 and 2 have their own terraces. Apartment 3, located on the upper floor, has its own spacious balcony. There is a lockable bike shed equipped with video surveillance.
Each apartment has its own parking space next to the house.
