Your dog is a welcome guest here. Water bowls are provided on the terrace, and four detailed hiking routes start right outside your door, all described in our in-house hiking guide—with maps, elevation profiles, and clear notes on where your dog can be off-leash. Of course, there are also many other scenic trails to explore.



Dausenau itself is your backdrop: a historic spa town on the Lahn, surrounded by a nearly one-kilometer-long city wall. Discover the gate tower, the old town hall, and a thousand-year-old oak tree. Short distances, lots of history.



The apartment: 60 square meters, two rooms, ground floor with private entrance. Accommodates up to four guests and your dog. Enjoy views of the private pond from the terrace—perfect after a walk, bike ride, or time on the water.



Bad Ems is just four kilometers away, offering the Emser Therme and river sauna. For those who wish to explore further: visit Lahneck Castle, the vineyards near Braubach, and many other attractions, all within about an hour’s drive.



Parking is available on the property. Solar panels and water-saving features are in use.
