Newly renovated, small vacation apartment Schiffmann (38 sqm)

A spacious vacation apartment (living and sleeping areas in one room), approximately 38 m², with its own entrance, awaits you. Free parking is available right in front of the building, along with a small terrace. The apartment has been recently renovated and is located in the basement in the rural town of Pressath. It features a modern kitchen, a bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room with a TV, and a small dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The front door opens directly onto the garden, where we provide a table and chairs during the summer months. There are many hiking and biking trails; informational materials are available in the apartment. Local shopping options include a butcher, a bakery, Netto, REWE, and a pharmacy. Smoke detectors are installed in the apartment; smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment—only on the terrace. Parties or group events are not allowed. The town offers various shopping options, including a bakery, butcher, Rewe, and Netto. We look forward to welcoming you! Upon arrival, you’ll find 2 complimentary bottles of water. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You may use the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key code. We’ll send you the code via email after you’ve paid the deposit, up to three days before your arrival. Pets are not allowed. A baby bed or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The base rate includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and a parking space in front of the house.
