Residence Seestern WE 4: modern 3-room apartment close to the beach

This beachfront, welcoming, Mediterranean-style 3-room apartment (approx. 56 m²) on the first floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished.

All floors in this allergy-friendly apartment are tiled in a Mediterranean style.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair are available free of charge.

From the hallway, which features a wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The inviting, very spacious, and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, and a spacious sideboard.

From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious, approximately 10 m² balcony (west-facing) with balcony furniture (table and 4 chairs). Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV (42 inches) as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to the Terms and Conditions; no guarantee or liability for any disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a bedside lamp, a spacious closet, and a luggage rack.

The separate, additional second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a lamp, a spacious closet, and a luggage rack.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink and toilet, a hair dryer, a stool, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

The apartment also has a small storage room.

The wheelchair-accessible elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

On the first floor of the residential complex, a beautiful sauna facility with a relaxation room is available for a coin-operated fee.

Shared washing machines and a clothes dryer are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment (located about 150 m from the residential complex on Hanne-Nüte-Weg); your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this allergy-friendly apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony or outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights, etc.) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
