Villa Lotte is located in the charming village of Alsterbro in the heart of Småland and offers the perfect combination of nature, relaxation and modern comfort. This recently renovated holiday home is situated only 70 metres from the nearest lake and is ideal for families, couples and small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Sweden.

With space for up to eight guests, Villa Lotte provides excellent conditions for memorable holidays together. The house features three bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), another offers a pull-out single bed that can also be used as a double bed, while the spacious family room includes a double bed, a single bed and a baby cot, making it perfect for families with children.

The cosy living room features a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings and providing a true Swedish holiday home experience. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. Two bathrooms with showers ensure plenty of comfort, even for larger families or groups.

A particular highlight of Villa Lotte is the spacious outdoor area. The large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers is perfect for relaxing, while the private sauna in the garden provides additional comfort after an active day exploring Småland.

The close proximity to the lake makes Villa Lotte especially attractive for families and nature lovers. After only a short walk, you can reach the water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the beautiful Småland countryside.

A rowing boat and canoe are available free of charge and are located just 70 metres from the house. They provide a wonderful opportunity to explore the surrounding lakes and nature from the water. Optionally, and subject to availability, a motor can be rented for the boat. The cost is €100 per week, and an additional €200 deposit is required for the motor rental. Without the motor, the boat can always be used free of charge as a rowing boat.

The area around Alsterbro offers excellent opportunities for a varied holiday. A popular family-friendly swimming area with a sandy beach, playground, diving pier and large grassy areas is located only about two kilometres away.

The village itself offers convenient amenities including a supermarket, pizzeria and petrol station.

Thanks to its central location in Småland, Villa Lotte is an excellent base for exploring many of southern Sweden’s most popular attractions. Families especially enjoy visiting Astrid Lindgren’s World in Vimmerby, where the stories of Pippi Longstocking, Emil of Lönneberga and Ronja the Robber’s Daughter come to life. Other popular destinations include the famous moose parks in Nybro and Kosta, the historic city of Kalmar with its impressive castle, the island of Öland with its sandy beaches and nature reserves, and the fascinating Kleva Mine.

Villa Lotte is a non-smoking holiday home and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally. A security deposit of €200 is required and will be refunded within three working days after departure. During the low season, electricity consumption is charged according to usage at €0.30 per kWh.
