55-square-meter apartment with a 40-square-meter loft. Modern electrical system with Wi-Fi, 1 bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower and toilet, and 1 living room with an adjoining dining area and kitchen; the living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave, as well as a fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. Additionally, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). The loft area features 2 additional single beds (90x200 cm) as well as another seating area with a flat-screen TV. All rooms have natural light.



A historic four-sided farmstead from 1860 in the heart of Großseelheim, 2 vacation apartments (65 and 55 square meters, respectively), each with a loft (60 and 40 square meters, respectively), which were newly built above the former stables and completed in 2023. The stables were converted into entryways and an utility room. Heating is provided by a heat pump with underfloor heating and solar panels.



On-site costs: Payment is made on-site in cash. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request werden.Im. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 12:00.
