Our modern, non-smoking vacation apartment in the heart of Hilders offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Nestled in the midst of a beautiful low-mountain landscape, you’ll find a well-marked network of hiking trails, bike routes, and stunning viewpoints, as well as numerous shopping options. The apartment was once again certified with 4 stars by the DTV in 2024. A rental station for bicycles and e-bikes is located right next to our house.
The excellent Wi-Fi connection also makes it possible to work from home.
Numerous events organized by local clubs, restaurants, and the communities in the Ulster Valley ensure there’s never a dull moment.



Vacation rental with shower and toilet:

The approximately 70 m² apartment is located on the first floor and features a living room with cable TV and internet access, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a high-quality built-in kitchen with an induction stove and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, and a separate dining/playroom. Free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are provided as standard. A separate washer and dryer are available for use as needed. A cozy seating area with barbecue facilities is available both in the courtyard and in the garden. A parking space and a lockable garage for bicycles and motorcycles are available.
The apartment is equipped for 2 people.
Thanks to its central location, all local amenities are within walking distance. Give your car a break and start your excursions right from your front door.



On-site costs: A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on-site in cash or via advance bank transfer. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or flexible by arrangement; check-out by 10:00 a.m. or flexible by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 1 € per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Key pickup takes place in person on-site or by arrangement.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
