We offer six vacation apartments in an attractive location in Naumburg. All apartments are located in Wilhelminian-style villas. We’ve made it our mission to furnish the apartments with care—just as we would want them to be if we were staying there ourselves. For 15 years, we’ve spent our vacations almost exclusively in vacation apartments and know what to look for. You generally won’t find “Grandma’s old furniture” in them, unless it’s antique furniture (Art Nouveau, Gründerzeit era, approx. 1850–1910).
The kitchens are fully equipped, including several pans and pots, plenty of dishes and cutlery, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
We rent out the studio apartment for a minimum of 2 nights and the apartments for a minimum of 3 nights.

Bedding, towels, final cleaning, and free Wi-Fi are always included in the price.



On-site costs: Payment of the remaining balance on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price will be charged after booking. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or by prior telephone arrangement. Keys will be handed over on-site. Please call us a quarter of an hour before arrival. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Crib available upon request. Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are always included in the price.Free Wi-Fi. Our rates are based on a maximum of 2 guests. Where an extra bed is available, we are happy to provide one for an additional charge of €10 per person. We do not charge extra for children up to 10 years old (provided the apartment has the space). We offer special discounts for stays of 7 days or more, or 30 days or more. Excludes tourist tax: In Naumburg (Saale), a tourist tax is levied at 01.01.2023. This is not included in the travel price. The tax applies to persons 16 years of age and older. The guest tax is payable year-round from January 1 through December 31 at a rate of €2.40 per person per night.The following are exempt: children and adolescents under the age of 16; individuals staying in the tax area for the purpose of work, training, or performing federal volunteer service; and participants in professional conferences, professional training courses, and professional development programs; People with severe disabilities (with a disability rating of at least 50%) upon presentation of an official ID, as well as their accompanying persons if required by the ID (B); Participants in class trips, school field trips, training camps, and trial camps at children’s and youth lodging facilities, as well as their supervisors; coaches and supervisors of children’s and youth groups.By paying the visitor fee, you help support the tourist and cultural facilities at your vacation destination and enrich your vacation with attractive offers.
