Kuhles Nest - Holiday apartment

We, the Maack family, run a small farm here in Artlenburg with 20 dairy cows. We’ve converted our attic into a small, cozy vacation rental. Artlenburg is located right at the tri-state border (Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) on the Elbe River. Hamburg, Lübeck, Lüneburg, and Schwerin are all within easy reach. Our home is nestled within the Elbe River Landscape, Schaalsee, and Lüneburg Heath biosphere reserves. The Elbe Cycle Route also runs through here. The village has two country restaurants, a Greek snack bar, and a supermarket with a bakery.



Vacation Rental:

The bright 60 m² apartment features 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a modern bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The living area features a seating area with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can relax on a small rooftop terrace and enjoy the view. A parking space is available.



On-site fees: A deposit equal to 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 20% of the total price starting 30 days before arrival, 40% from 14 to 7 days before arrival, and 75% starting 6 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.



Check-in is from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
