Holiday Home 'La Bonne Chauffe - Serpentin' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne vineyard, this elegant 19th-century Charentaise house, recently restored, offers an authentic and comfortable experience. It includes a shared swimming pool with a neighboring guesthouse, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.



Layout:

Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen leading to a living/dining room with a pellet stove (accessed via two steps). A pantry and toilet are also accessible by two steps down.

Upper Floor: The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, a baby bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Via three steps, access a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed; via two more steps, a third bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A fourth bedroom includes four 90 cm beds. There is an additional bathroom and separate WC.



Outdoor Spaces:

Private 15 m² terrace. Shared spaces with the neighboring guesthouse include a courtyard, a fenced backyard garden, a 50 m² swimming pool (secured by a barrier and alarm, max depth 1.50 m), and leisure amenities: ping-pong table, play structure, and bicycles.



Amenities and Services:

Connected TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, radio, and Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Baby equipment available upon request: crib, travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, potty, changing mat, and booster seat.

Bed linens provided; beds made upon arrival.
