The spacious 64 m² vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our vacation home. Thanks to its location, it offers a particularly cozy and comfortable living atmosphere.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area. Here, you can enjoy breakfast together, wind down comfortably after an eventful day of vacation, or simply put your feet up and enjoy your free time.
A special highlight is the beautiful view of the Allgäu Mountains, which gives the Zugspitze vacation apartment its very special vacation character.
Balcony—direct access from the living room and bedroom The apartment’s balcony is accessible from both the living room and directly from the bedroom.
Simply open the balcony door in the morning to enjoy the fresh Allgäu air, or sit outside for a while in the evening—the balcony offers you extra space for relaxing vacation moments.
Living & Comfort With its 64 m², the Zugspitze vacation rental offers plenty of space to feel at home. The spacious living and dining area combines cozy living with a well-equipped kitchenette.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, and internet radio. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided. Garden and balcony furniture is available for your use on the balcony.
Our vacation rental is a smoke-free property.
Restful Sleep A cozy double bed for two people awaits you in the separate bedroom. A special treat: From the bedroom, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh Allgäu air first thing in the morning.
For additional guests, the spacious living area features a high-quality sleeper sofa with a slatted frame and its own mattress. This creates a comfortable additional sleeping space when needed, without having to sacrifice the spacious living comfort.
This makes the Zugspitze vacation rental ideal for 1 to 2 people as well as for families or guests traveling together. Accommodation for up to 4 people is possible by arrangement.
Family Vacations with Babies & Toddlers We want families with small children to be able to enjoy their vacation in Nesselwang in the Allgäu as stress-free as possible. That’s why we provide you with a comprehensive selection of baby and toddler equipment free of charge.
This includes a crib, a crib guard, a high chair, a booster seat, a portable changing table with a changing pad, a diaper pail, a potty, a toilet seat adapter, a bottle warmer, a step stool, and a nightlight. Children’s tableware is also provided.
This means you don’t have to bring many of the items needed for a family vacation all the way from home.
Well-equipped kitchen: Whether it’s a hearty vacation breakfast, a quick snack, or dinner together—in the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals exactly as you like.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, and bread slicer.
We’ve also thought of many practical little things: dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, a sponge, coffee filters, as well as salt and pepper are all provided for you.
Our extra: A Stocked Fridge Upon Your Arrival Just arrive and your vacation begins: Upon request, we offer our “Stocked Fridge” service.
If you order in advance, the groceries you’ve requested will be waiting for you when you arrive. That way, you won’t have to go shopping right after your drive—instead, you can move right into your vacation rental and start your vacation in the Allgäu completely relaxed.
Bathroom & Separate Toilet The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. A hair dryer, makeup mirror, soap, shampoo, and facial tissues are also provided for your use.
The separate toilet is particularly convenient and offers added comfort.

Our vacation home is located in the quiet hamlet of Thal near Nesselwang in the Allgäu—a beautiful starting point for hikes, bike rides, excursions, and numerous adventures in nature and the Allgäu mountains.
Stay & Occupancy The Zugspitze vacation rental in Nesselwang is ideal for 1 to 2 people and, with the comfortable sleeping area in the living room, can accommodate up to 4 people by arrangement.
The minimum stay is 5 nights. Stays of 3 or 4 nights are possible. During peak season, the minimum stay is 7 or 14 nights, depending on the time of year.

Our farm is situated in a quiet location about 1 km from the center of Nesselwang. We offer 3 comfortably furnished vacation apartments, ideal for a family vacation. Enjoy your vacation in peaceful surroundings with a view of the Allgäu mountains. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are right nearby. Here, you can experience farm life up close. See how people work and live on a modern farm today. With a little luck, you might witness a calf being born, visit the cattle in the pasture, watch the milking robot at work, and even get to sit on a really big tractor—that’s the best part for all the kids and the grown-ups, too. Kids love to run around on our on-site playground, and once they’ve had enough of the playhouse, swing, sandbox, and slide, they can jump on the trampoline or race around the farm in a go-kart. If the weather isn’t so nice, there’s a games and sports room available inside the house.

Need a little more space for family or friends? Our double room/apartment with shower and toilet can be flexibly booked as an additional bedroom to complement our vacation apartments. Alternatively, it’s also available as a separate studio apartment. Interested? On-site costs: Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Check-in is available (Mon–Sat) from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. The visitor’s tax of €2.10 per person per night (ages 16 and older) and €1.00 per person per night (ages 6–15) will be charged on site. Guests with limited mobility (60% disability rating or higher, with proof) pay 50% less tourist tax. The designated accompanying person is kurbeitragsfrei.Im The base rate includes bed linens, towels, water, heating, and parking. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A complete set of baby and toddler supplies is provided free of charge. Use of the washing machine is billed separately. For stays of fewer than 5 nights, a one-time short-stay fee applies. Shorter minimum stays are available only upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
