"APARTAMENTO FRENTE OCÉANO" is located in Tenerife, on the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz, just 30 meters from the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean — a privilege you will miss when you leave.



This fully renovated studio offers complete privacy for up to four guests: a separate bedroom, living room with private kitchen, and an elegant bathroom. Not a hotel room, but a home with every detail thoughtfully covered.



The kitchen includes an induction hob with ceramic plate, microwave with grill function, toaster, capsule coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, and a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, toothpicks, and kitchen roll.



On arrival, guests find a welcome pack with wine, water, fruit basket, and coffee. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hair dryer, first-aid kit, sewing kit, and washing machine capsules. Face, shower, and pool towels are provided per guest, along with bath mats.



High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, latest-generation washing machine, and barrier-free access with elevators complete the offering. Communal parking is available — a real advantage in this area. A small supplement per additional guest covers extra linen, towels, and utilities, ensuring the same quality welcome for all.



The apartment has no private balcony. Instead, guests enjoy the communal rooftop terrace on the 7th floor: a large sun terrace with loungers, showers, and breathtaking views of the ocean, Teide, and Puerto de la Cruz. Linen changes and mid-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee.



Located at the start of the Sant'Elmo promenade, steps from bars, restaurants, shops, and the Lago Martianez pools (designed by Cesar Manrique). Airport shuttle available on request.
