The spacious apartment, measuring approximately 55 m², features a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area (accessible from the living area via two doorless passageways), and an interior bathroom (shower stall, toilet, hair dryer, mirror cabinet), and an interior children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (natural light from a skylight, ventilation system). Like the interior bathroom, the children’s bedroom is accessible from the sleeping area. The large teak table with benches in the living area invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. The kitchenette with a granite countertop offers all the amenities of a modern kitchen. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area facing the newly designed courtyard are equipped with exterior blinds. This non-smoking apartment is also very well suited for people with allergies; unfortunately, pets must stay at home. Cable TV, a compact stereo system, and a built-in safe are provided. The apartment offers ample storage space in the closets. Directions to the Fish Market: Take the B39 exit for “Innenstadt/Dom.” Drive toward the cathedral, cross Domplatz, and at the end—in front of the Domhof restaurant—turn into Große Himmelsgasse. After about 130 m, turn right onto Georgengasse across from the Krua Thai restaurant. Follow the road as it curves to the left. After about 100 m, in the middle of the Fischmarkt, you’ll find the courtyard entrance to Fischmarkt 4.



Both apartments are located in a quiet area right next to the historic fish market in the heart of Speyer. The pedestrian zone is about 150 m away, and the cathedral is about 200 m away. All of the city’s sights, as well as the shops and restaurants in the downtown area, are within easy walking distance. Non-smoking rooms. Crib available upon request. Unfortunately, pets must stay at home.



On-site fees: Check-in by 7:00 p.m. at the latest; check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Use of the washer and dryer: €3 per load each.
