Here you’ll find a modern and lovingly furnished one-room apartment on the 7th floor, which, at 33 square meters, is suitable for 2–3 people. From the combined living/sleeping/dining area with an open kitchen, you have access to the balcony, which offers a side view of the Baltic Sea and across Lübeck Bay. The small but well-equipped kitchen features an oven and stove. The open sleeping area includes a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm). An elegant fold-down bed (90 x 200 cm) is also available. The modern shower room is located inside the apartment. The gently sloping sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and you don’t have to cross any streets to get there. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
