Starfish and Seagull—Your Baltic Sea vacation in two adjacent houses, each measuring 85 square meters. These beautiful wooden houses, with their comfortable amenities and perfect location, put you in the mood for a vacation and the sea the moment you arrive.

Your vacation oasis by the sea, featuring two separate houses, offers you the chance to enjoy both togetherness and privacy during your vacation. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your vacation.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome, but only in the “Seemöwe” cottage.

Here’s what the individual houses look like:
Each beach vacation home has three separate bedrooms. Two have a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) each, and one has a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The bright and spacious living and dining area, featuring a fireplace, a sofa nook, a TV, and a dining table, welcomes guests as they enter the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle, and offers plenty of space for cooking and dining together during your vacation. The furnished sun terrace is directly accessible from the living room. A bathroom with a shower and toilet and the spacious sauna are located on the first floor, and the other bathroom, also with a shower and toilet, is on the upper floor. Here you’ll also find the 3 bedrooms.

1 travel crib, 1 children’s bed, including pillow and comforter, 2 high chairs, stair gate, handcart, and children’s toys, lockable shed for bicycles or similar items, Grill

Please note:
Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental.
Organizing student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and drinking parties is prohibited in this house.
This vacation home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings made in the name of a company will be canceled, and any applicable cancellation fees will be charged.

Security deposit:
Please add the security deposit when booking. This will, of course, be refunded within 7 business days, provided there is no damage to the house.

Pets:
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed exclusively in the "Seemöwe"—10 EUR per night per dog + flat-rate final cleaning fee for pets: 30 euros—please add this to your booking!

If you need laundry packages, you can add them to your booking. (for a fee)

Visitor’s tax, water, and electricity are billed based on usage and paid on site. Water: 4.50 EUR/m³ and electricity 0.45 EUR/kWh

All in all—the ideal vacation home for families, a getaway with friends, remote work, or simply when you’re looking for plenty of peace, relaxation, and the sea on your vacation.

With their cozy charm and beautiful color accents, these two wooden vacation homes will enchant you the moment you arrive. Named “Seemöwe” and “Seestern,” the two houses stand side by side in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the small village of Kägsdorf, right on the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route. Pets are welcome at “Seemöwe,” and “Seestern” is our allergy-friendly cottage. What makes them special is the unobstructed view from both terraces of the beautiful natural surroundings, with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. This makes these cottages true gems that offer our guests a truly wonderful view.

Each house, with 85 square meters spread over two floors, offers ample space for up to 5 adult guests and 2 toddlers up to 2 years old. Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a large sauna, and a cozy living-dining area with a fireplace and an adjoining terrace offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea make a stay here truly enjoyable.

The large garden surrounding the vacation homes offers space for dining together, as well as many sunny and shady nooks for relaxing. For kids, there’s plenty of space in the garden and around the vacation home to play, run around, and play soccer.

Beautiful nature and tranquility, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, turn every day of your vacation here into a restful retreat and ensure a lasting sense of calm. The swimming area is just 1.5 km away.
