Apartment 7 – Single Apartment with Well-Equipped Kitchen and Private Bathroom

Our modern single apartment on the first floor (elevator available) offers solo travelers 20 m² of comfortable space. The apartment features a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a practical, well-equipped kitchenette with a dining and work area, plus a cozy armchair with footstool for reading or relaxing. A custom-made bed crafted from local wood ensures a restful sleep. Wi-Fi is included free of charge. You’ll find all essential kitchen utensils on site: cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and dish towels. Fresh towels and bed linen are also provided. All guests are welcome to use the large garden and outdoor area.

Our “Haus am Hof” is located in Kirchseeon near Munich and stands out for its peaceful setting surrounded by nature, excellent transport links, and a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Experience a place where hospitality is our top priority.



You will find many walking and cycling paths nearby. Bus and S-Bahn (10 minutes on foot) take you directly to Munich. By car, you can reach Wasserburg and Rosenheim in 30 minutes, and Chiemsee and other lakes in less than an hour.



Museums, a cinema, and an outdoor pool offer variety. Nearby you will find bakeries, farm shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The large garden and courtyard are perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Our common room is ideal for gatherings—great for larger groups!



Important: As an active farm, there may occasionally be agricultural noises or smells. Pets are not allowed.
