The first rays of sunshine invite you not only to swim and sunbathe by the water, but also to take long walks along the newly constructed dike. Cycling, jogging, or walking in the crisp sea air provide the perfect relaxation.

The 70-square-meter apartment, featuring a 13-square-meter south-facing balcony, is located on the 2nd floor on the sunny side of a new apartment building with eight units. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view over the dike toward the Baltic Sea to the north.

The building is situated on a quiet residential street with no through traffic. The apartment comes with a private parking space right outside the door, equipped with an electrical outlet for electric cars. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bike storage room, where a labeled handcart is also available for transporting your beach gear.

The high-quality, modern apartment is tastefully, stylishly, and brightly furnished. The entryway leads to the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The open and fully equipped luxury kitchen forms the centerpiece of the large, light-filled living/dining room. Here, you can socialize while cooking together or relax in the cozy sofa and armchair area.

The vacation apartment features two bedrooms with modern box-spring beds: a larger one with a double bed (180x200) and an LED TV, and a smaller one with two single beds (90x200).

The apartment’s large balcony is perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the morning air. You can round off the day with relaxing hours in the evening sun. After sunny days, the spectacular sunsets over the Baltic Sea are a special treat—you can watch them from the beach after a short walk across the dike.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
