The holiday apartment features a living room with a sofa and a TV (Swisscom-TV). From the living room, you can access the garden seating area with a beautiful view. Adjacent to the living area is a corner bench with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all appliances are up-to-date. Both bedrooms have double beds with single mattresses. There is a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest WC. A garage parking space is also included with the apartment. Please note that the parking lot is not suitable for larger vehicles (SUVs/minibuses/vans). The Muntarütsch outdoor parking lot (free of charge,12h max.) is about a 10-minute walk away.

The location is the highlight of this holiday apartment. There is no washing machine/dryer, and the fireplace cannot be used.

The apartment is located above the rooftops of Samedan and is best suited for motorized guests.
