Here, you'll find all the amenities one could wish for a successful vacation: Whether it's daily necessities or small boutiques, restaurants, the Sylter Golf Club, or the Baderuper Heide nature reserve – everything is within a few minutes' reach! The central point, of course, is the nearby wide sandy beach not far from the Red Cliffs. Here, you'll encounter many families with children who visibly feel at home – Wenningstedt is rightfully known as the "family beach" of the island. You can use a private parking space and a charging station for your car directly on the property of your holiday domicile.

The newly painted holiday domicile welcomes you with its tasteful, high-quality ambiance and radiates a cozy, homely atmosphere through subtle colors, stylish decor, and bright wooden floors. It offers space for up to four people on approximately 81 m².
The entrance area is equipped with a guest toilet and a wardrobe. The adjoining living-dining area welcomes you with its cozy, charming atmosphere. From the white mullioned windows, you can look out into the garden from the dining table. The delightful kitchenette is equipped with high-quality brand appliances, a Nespresso and a coffee machine, and has everything you need for cooking and enjoying. After dinner, you can relax on the comfortable corner sofa. Perhaps while watching a nice movie on the modern smart TV? If the weather is nice, the terrace and the small garden beckon. Here, surrounded by real Sylt dune grass and dog roses, you can relax wonderfully, immerse yourself in a thick book in the beach chair depending on the season, and listen to the sound of the sea. Thanks to the small Friesian wall and the hedge planting, you'll feel completely private.

A charming white wooden staircase leads you to the upper floor, where the master bedroom is located. From your window, you can see the sea and hear the waves in the evening when you make yourself comfortable in your king-size box spring bed. Bright, cozy earth tones create a relaxing atmosphere, and the practical built-in wardrobes allow you to stow away all your belongings. Another smart TV entertains you once you've snuggled into your blankets. The modern, newly painted shower room is right next door. Litj Horsa Hoog also harbors a sweet secret: a small but fine room directly under the roof, which can only be accessed through the bedroom. A sofa and a TV provide the ideal conditions for winding down.

The highlight for all wellness fans is, of course, the sauna in the basement – especially on cold days, you can heat up nicely here after the Sylt wind has blown strongly around your nose. After your sauna session, you can refresh yourself in the shower with a cascade shower. A bathtub is also available here. The second bedroom is also on this floor and, due to its secluded location, is particularly quiet and relaxing.
